A native of Naperville, Illinois, Jeff earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana. After that, he obtained a law degree from DePaul College of Law, finishing in the top 15% of his class. In 2001, Jeff left his law firm DLA Piper to pursue his passion for real estate by opening his own small independent realty brokerage. Jeff has worked and lived on the Northside of Chicago since 1993.

For over 24 years, Jeff has helped almost 500 clients navigate the wild west of Chicago’s city and suburban realty market. His name is well-known and respected, and he has earned many awards including Angies’ List SuperService Awards and Top 10% Sales Award for Chicago Association of Realtors. Jeff knows the area well, having worked with most of the top realty brokerages and done sales in nearly every condo building on the Northside. In all, Jeff has $500 million in sales and home loans under his belt.

  • If you are buying, a free consultation (via Zoom, phone or in-person) to learn more about your goals, set expectations, review the buying process from A to Z, cover the timelines, and review the current market of the area you are interested in. 
  • My team will then arrange tours of homes you are interested in, including off market listings, and add our valued and objective opinion on those homes (including any flaws we observe). 
  • If you need financing, we can approve you for a home loan instantly and go over ballpark payments and loan options.
  • When we find a winner, helping you put together a reasonable offer based on the market conditions and your time frame.
  • Making my time-tested team of inspectors, real estate lawyers, and contractors available to you.
  • Navigate the whole home buying process to the finish line- Your Closing. 

For Sellers:

  • Meet you in your property to provide a free opinion on home value and any renovations or repairs that make sense to get most money from your sale.
  • List your home in the local MLS along with over 250 realty websites to maximize your home’s exposure.
  • Provide access to any prospective buyers and solicit their feedback after the showing, to share with you.
  • Advise you on whether any changes to your listing would make sense based on market time and feedback.
  • Arrange open houses if needed.
  • Share details of your home to our in-house list of potential buyers via emails and social media posts.
